Can I get a fixed rate?
Yes, you can chose from fixed, discounted, capped, tracker, stepped discount, flexible or variable. All types are available through our sourcing systems.
I already have a mortgage, can you help me?
Yes, whether it's a purchase, re-mortgage, buy to let, let to buy, commercial or council right to buy, we can help you make the right choices whatever type of mortgage you are looking for.
I may need to borrow more than 3 times my income, can you help me?
All mortgages are subject to status; however whether your circumstances are straightforward or adverse, if you are self-employed without formal accounts or requiring enhanced income multiples, we can help.
I have a CCJ, will this stop me getting a mortgage?
No, if you have bad credit, CCJ's, defaults, mortgage or rent arrears, we have access to specialist lenders to help you get the right mortgage.
Can't I just go to a Building Society?
Yes you can, just remember that your mortgage is likely to be the biggest financial commitment you are ever going to make so it is imperative that you get it right. A Building Society will not have access to the whole of the market like us. If we can save you just £20 per month on a typical mortgage over 25 years that's a saving of £6000!
I am retired and don't have a mortgage and I want to increase my pension, can you help?
So long as you own your property you can raise funds through an equity release plan.
Do you charge a fee?
You may be charged a fee by us, our average fee is £300, but we prefer to be recommended to your family and friends instead.
